Fresh Daily BreadsOur breads are skillfully hand crafted, shaped and braided right in our very own kitchen. Honey, wheat, red bell pepper, poppy seed, chili cheese rolls, onion, French, light rye, garlic, ranch, tomato basil, pepper parmesan, sesame, Florentine, rosemary, Italian and zucchini are all served as various times.
Soups & SaladsWe traditionally serve soup one night and salad the next. Soups include Manhattan and New England clam chowder, Asian chicken noodle, beef vegetable, asparagus, broccoli, tomato basil and mushroom. Just a few of the salads are spinach, caesar, garden, cucumber and pasta salad. All our dressings are made in house daily with the freshest ingredients.
Dinner EntreesDinner may include any of the following: Slow roasted prime rib, baked stuffed shrimp, crab cakes, Hawaiian style pork tenderloin, fresh ruby red trout (not ours - we practice catch & release here!), Chilean sea bass, Italian style breaded chicken breast, filet mignon, apple cured pork chops and lamb chops.
DessertsStill have room for dessert? Homemade ice creams, sorbets, crème brule, cheesecakes, butterscotch pudding, chocolate éclairs, blackberry cream cheese frosted white cake, elegant mousse and bananas foster should stretch your waders to the max.
Streamside LunchesEvery day our kitchen prepares streamside lunches to help keep your strength up between breakfast and dinner. Typically these include coldcuts, cold chicken, wraps, salads, chips, cookies and lots of liquids.
